WhatsApp Testing AI-Powered Photo Editing Tools.

Meta-owned instant messaging software WhatsApp will soon be able to edit photos using editing capabilities as the app continues to roll out exciting new features for its users.

Much-needed features like vanishing messages, encrypted cloud backups, multi-device support, see-once privacy, and other features made their way into the messaging platform over time.

In an effort to significantly enhance the user experience, WhatsApp is releasing upgrades supported by artificial intelligence. WhatsApp beta versions contain the new settings, which are available to all users after the trial period.

The photo editor window now has additional capabilities, including Expand, Restyle, and Backdrop, in the most recent Android beta release (v2.24.7.13).

The addition of a glitter icon to the editor’s top row offers a fresh experience for these options. Users can alter a picture’s backdrop with Backdrop, the image’s general style with Restyle, and the picture’s enlargement with Expand.

The new editing features on Whatsapp, which has two billion users globally, have fans thrilled.

According to a WABetaInfo report, WhatsApp is developing a feature that would allow users to directly type their search queries into the search box, eliminating the requirement for users to explicitly initiate a discussion with Meta AI. In order to encourage users to start asking questions and enhance communication, WhatsApp will also provide some advice. In order to ease future encounters with AI-powered support, users will be able to search for Meta AI’s chat window and instantly start a conversation by putting their questions or commands into the search box. This feature is currently available for testing to certain users of the WhatsApp beta app for Android, and stable release users will get access to it shortly.
