The Moto E22 and Moto E22i have the same hardware but use different software.

Motorola has decided to speed up the launching of its smartphones. It launched a few models recently and now it has announced the launch of two new smartphones under the Moto E series. Both phones have almost the same hardware features but their OS systems are different. Moto E22 has Motorola MyUX based on Android 12. The Moto E22i relies on Android 12 Go mobile OS.

Both smartphones have water drop screens measuring 6.5-inch. The HD+ LCD screen offers a 90Hz refresh rate. The handsets have the chipset model MediaTek’s Helio G37. The 4 GB memory gets the support of 64 GB storage space. Even the battery capacities are not different. Both handsets have a powerful 4020mAh battery that can be charged using a Type C interface and up to 10W charging capacity.

Both Motorola’s smartphones come with a 16-megapixel camera on the backside. A 2-megapixel depth sensor complements this main camera. On the front side, a 5-megapixel camera for selfies is set in the water drop notch.

These phones have an FM radio receiver, a headphone jack, a fingerprint recognition scanner, and Dolby Atmos-equipped stereo speakers. The main device supports 4G, Dual SIM, GPS, Bluetooth 5, and WiFi 80211ac. These features are standards in the latest smartphones and this device is no exception.

The handset measurement is 163.95 x 74.6 x 7.99 mm and it weighs172 grams. The lightweight device is easy to hold and carry.

The E22 model is priced at $140 and will become available across Europe, South America, the Middle East, and Africa. The Moto E22i costs $130 and will be launched soon in Europe, Latin America, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East.
