LG’s 42-Inch Bendable TV Makes a Debut.

LG has finally announced its first-ever bendable OLED TV at the IFA 2022. Named LG OLED Flex (model LX3), the television will feature a 42-inch display. It will work either as a totally flat screen or a bendable screen. LG’s new and advanced display technology will allow the 42-inch OLED display to seamlessly bend into a curved (900R) TV.

The company has said that the curved display will offer an enhanced and more immersive gaming experience. On the other hand, the flat screen will be more suitable for streaming services and watching movies.

Notable Features of LG model LX3

The brand-new bendable TV will come with a variety of advanced features. It will have Dolby Vision gaming at 4K 120Hz and all the new features of the HDMI 2.1. It sports an auto-low latency mode and a robust verbal refresh rate. LG has also decided to make the TVs compatible with Nvidia’s G-Synch.

The LG OLED Flex (model LX3) is also AMD FreeSync Premium certified. All these features make the TV a perfect choice for modern-day gaming. This is the reason the company is heavily promoting the TV to gamers.

The TV also enables gamers to change the 42-inch display into a 32-inch or 27-inch size. They can also use LG’s new Multi View mode to watch content from two different sources simultaneously.

LG’s new OLED Flex TV sounds very impressive on paper. However, the company has not revealed the release date or the price for the TV. So, customers will have to wait for a while before they can test it in reality.
