Google has announced a few small yet useful changes for Workspace. Soon, you’ll have a simpler way to share Docs, Sheets, or Slide files with other attendees through the meeting’s chat panel when you join a Google Meet call or begin presenting one from one using one of those files.
You can either give everyone on the call access to the file or only some of them. While on the call, you can all work together on the document, spreadsheet, or presentation.
Google has stated that when you use the email service online, it will enhance search results by taking into account your most recent Gmail search activity. Your Gmail search results will become more contextually relevant, according to the business. The pivot table editor side panel can currently be resized thanks to functionality that users have asked for Sheets. When the names of some pivot table columns or fields are too long and you’d like to see the entire text, this might be helpful.
Within the following 15 business days, all Workspace and G Suite users will be able to get these improvements, according to Google. A recent announcement by the company increased the storage capacity of the Workspace individual plan from 15GB to 1TB without charging users more.
