Apple to Equip iPhones with Latest Software Updates Before Retail Store Sales: Mark Gurman.

According to Mark Gurman’s report, Apple will pre-install the most recent software updates on iPhones before selling them through its retail stores. Since the latest software update cannot be available when the iPhone is packed, many models need to be updated once the customer opens the box. Because of outdated software, some customers who are ignorant of these factors might not get the most out of a recently purchased handset. It is still unclear, though, if Apple will provide the same assistance to its other affiliate merchants.

In his most recent weekly newsletter, Gurman claims that Apple is developing a new system that will enable it to upgrade all iPhone models to the most recent software before they are sold. They claim to do this while their packaging is still secure. According to reports, Apple is creating a special pad-shaped object that can hold an iPhone box. The phone within the box will allegedly then receive the most recent software update.

Gurman claims that the technology Apple is developing can remotely turn on the affected iPhone, update its software, and then shut off the power, all from inside the package. By the end of this year, according to Gurman, Apple is allegedly seeking to introduce this technology to all of its official retail locations. It is unknown if the Cupertino-based tech titan will make this functionality available to further affiliate retail locations.

Customers occasionally aren’t aware of the software upgrades that are available for their phones, which causes them to frequently miss out on the best performance possible from the newest software. Those people can benefit from the finest user experience possible thanks to this innovative technology. You may verify if you have the most recent software update for all current iPhone users by navigating to Settings > General > Software Update and then following the on-screen instructions step by step.

Apple recently released the iPhone 15 series, which consists of the standard iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max.
